Civic Leagues are typically organizations that work on behalf of communities to coordinate infrastructure. Our belief at the N.A.C.L is that immigrants are the real infrastructure of our city. We are committed to helping American newcomers adjust to their new home with social services, quality education and the guidance to get them on the path to self-reliance and full civic engagement.
